Win some, lose this one

Bush has multiple wars ensuing
Some inherited, some his own doing.
Against terror in Iraq and Afghanistan too
To victory we'd like to see them through.
But there is a dirty war that's in disguise
Which Bush must lose or otherwise
He will cripple a hallowed institution
With his war against our Constitution.
